Our solution

We have developed a method to analyze existing top customers using Artificial Intelligence. This involves enriching data points used to perform so-called cluster analyses to identify representative “data patterns” among top customers and train the AI using these parameters.

Then, the trained AI is applied to the entire customer base to detect representative data patterns. The customers discovered in this way have an above-average probability of cross- and upselling.

The campaign list filled via AI leads to a significantly higher closing rate with the same sales staff and campaign duration.

Sales efficiency and revenue per sales employee are noticeably increased. As a result, the average total revenue per campaign increased by > 15%.
